- Uploaded Files: We store the files you upload for 14 days after the delivery of the gap analysis report. On the 15th day, the files are automatically deleted by a scheduled routine. If you raise any concerns with the product, we may retain the data longer solely for the purpose of resolving your concern. After your concern is resolved, the 14-day retention period restarts, and the data will be deleted on the 15th day.
- Personal Information: We retain your personal information for the minimum period required by law for legal and record-keeping purposes.
- Payment Information: We do not retain any payment information other than the minimum amount required by law.

While we prefer to use third-party services within the same country as the client’s order, this is not always possible due to technological limitations.
